All time worked is recorded to the minute. If it takes us 5 minutes to complete, 5 minutes will be booked to your account.
All of your hours are tracked, recorded, and reported each month. You will see exactly how your investment in us was leveraged each month.
You have twelve (12) months from the date of purchase to use the concierge hours you have purchased. We will update you each month with the number of hours you have left, so there are no surprises.
All concierge hours are paid in full prior to initiating use unless payment arrangements are made in writing and in advance.
Concierge hours are non-refundable (unless this is your first purchase of concierge hours and you determine that we are not a fit).
Emergency work or rush jobs (including work done over a weekend or holiday) may be assessed a 50% loading fee so we can marshal additional resources to start the work within a 24-hour window. We will notify you if your work request will incur this charge before beginning work.
Concierge hours do NOT include non-service-based fees such as software licenses, stock images, video, or audio (outside our existing subscriptions), etc.
